With over six years of tutoring experience in a variety of subjects and ages, I prioritize meeting students where they are at to support them in accomplishing their goals. I design cumulative lesson plans suited to students’ individual needs. A typical 1 hour session will consist of a target skill and/or concept, practice together, independent practice, and review. I also value building a positive rapport with students throughout the lesson, so I strive to foster a comfortable and safe environment for learning. Student questions are vital to interactive learning, and I encourage them!
