I was Leroy's Year 10 Maths teacher at UHS and although I was the teacher and he was the student at the time, he demonstrated all the right qualities to suggest he'd make a fantastic tutor/teacher. As one of the top students in the class, he was not only dedicated to his own work but also to helping the other students as I can imagine he would be for those who he would tutor. As mentioned above, he was one of the strongest students in our Year 10 class and carried that into his VCE studies and now at University so his mathematical knowledge is absolutely comprehensive and should prove very helpful for high school students, particularly in years 10-12.
