About Oliver

I believe that music knowledge is not something that should be hoarded by a select few and should be shared to get the best possible results. I am really enthusiastic about teaching the skills I’ve gained and, whether you’re an absolute novice or a seasoned producer that is just wanting to pick up a bit of extra knowledge/feedback, I’d be more that happy to help.

I have a studio in East London that you’re more than welcome to come too or I’m happy to zoom call or come to you. Also, before any lessons feel free to give me a call and we can chat about what your goals are as a student/send some references so I can really analyse the best way to help you grow.

About the lesson

Hi,

I’m Ollie. Although I'm new to teaching, my experience in the industry has given me all the tools to help my students learn quickly and effectively about the skills needed to become a success. As a producer my work has amassed over 1.25 million plays across streaming platforms. I have provided music to market leading brands for advertising campaigns, as well as making beats for the popular YouTube channel GRM Daily. I mainly produce on Logic X.

As a tutor, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of the music industry and as a student of mine, I’ll guide you through the skills and approach you need to be a great producer. Some lessons may include, but are not limited to:

- The basics tools to create a song such as sound design, programming and arrangement.

- How to lead a session with either artists or producers you’re collaborating with to ensure that the most creative and impactful music is made in the shortest space of time.

- Share tips on how to create vocal presets that allow you to instantly give the artists a sonic template that will inspire them.

- How to get industry standard mixes with simple techniques I’ve learnt over 10 years experience in the industry.
