My teaching method is that everything is simple. Nothing is challenging or difficult. Simplicity and fun is key. My classes are built on having fun. I want my students to understand that food is a beautiful passion and one of the most important skills to learn in life but I want them to look forward to class and see it as a leisurely activity not a boring time period.
