About Cameron
Before I tell you who I AM, let me tell you about who I WAS.
My name is Cameron de Vries and at 17 years old, I was a mean 47kgs, depressed, unmotivated and confused about what was next in my life. Obviously the gym didn't change all of this, but what the gym did do was help me become more confident,gave me drive and motivation to do something positive everyday and allowed my mind to stop racing!
I am now a 20 year old coach and boardermaster at an all boys schools in Pietermaritzburg. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and being a supportive figure in people's lives

My lessons come with a personal experience. I do not believe in a one size fits all solution and will happily coach you at an individual level. My credials are my experience and I pride myself on being able to teach as I have done!
My lessons include personal fitness plans as well as personal dietary plans. My goal is to help you be able to do all this on your own in the future. Making fitness fun and consistent is very important!!!
