About Mischa
I passed the entrance exams four years ago, and being in an upstanding grammar school has enabled me to teach you English with the expertise and skill necessary. I have experience with working with Year 6 children before, and feel confident in teaching you in a professional and engaging manner. I wholeheartedly believe English is one of the most important subjects taught, as it allows us to voice our opinion and explore different ideas and viewpoints. I hope to not just cover the content required, but to also instil a love of reading and literature into your child, and develop an interest that may not come naturally.

I give 60 minute lessons to help your child feel confident and prepared for the entrance exams. I have a natural strength in English, and can cover the content with proficiency. I teach Year 4, 5 or 6 students, whether this is for entrance exams or just to gain better fluency in English. My lessons are fun, interactive and friendly, and set up in a manner to ensure your child will not only thrive in these, but also enjoy the content being covered. We will work through the eleven plus course, going through everything from comprehension to creative writing. From our first few lessons, I will highlight your child’s strengths and weaknesses and utilise this to aid my lesson plans going forward.
