About Thomas
Understanding politics is vital for understanding the modern world, and the environment in which you'll live and work.
I have ten years experience in government and before that read Politics and Contemporary History at university, and then went to law school.
I've designed and delivered training on UK and international politics for senior leaders both in UK government and foreign governments. I've taught UK politics, from the fundamentals of democracy to the day to day practicalities of political institutions, to people from all walks of life and all backgrounds. I can help you, too.

My teaching methodology is outcome focused and based on years of experience helping people understand UK and international politics.
I can work with your needs and your level understanding to achieve your goals.
I'll begin by agreeing your goals and objectives, whether that's targeting a particular grade for GCSE, 'A' level or some other course, or just broadening your understanding of a vital area of life, we start with what you want.
Then I'll put together a lesson plan based on how much time you have available, and we'll get started.
That's where you come in. You'll need to attend lessons on time, via a video-chat software like Skype. You'll need to deliver on any assignments that you're set, and carry out any reading, making a list of any questions that you have for the next session.
