I’m Nick and I'm an experienced online movement and mindset coach who helps busy adults, parents, and grandparents move better, feel stronger, and make the most of their time with family. As an online movement coach I guide busy adults, parents and even grandparents in improving how they move and feel. All you need is your body, a little room to move and 15-30 minutes a day. We will find movement that is going to help you develop strength, balance and coordination at your level. We talk about your goals and lifestyle and come up with a plan that you can be consistent with. I provide weekly or bi-weekly live online coaching/training sessions to keep you on track and reaching your goals.
