About Nan
I've been designing and building websites since the age of 9, and in 2009 began my first official job as a graphic designer. I personally don't know a life outside of this industry, and have since evolved into a freelance career in UX and product design for software. I have experienced a multitude of environments as a solo designer, as well as different types of working arrangements (freelance, non-profit, corporate, bootstrapped startup). I've made all the mistakes a designer would have made in their past career going it solo, and can bring my learnings to you in the form of critical advice and guidance on design best practices, areas of focus, and stakeholder management.
