About Lydia

With over 10 years of experience and an Advanced Diploma in Singing, I specialize in working with young children and early teens. My lessons are filled with creativity, movement, and fun to make learning feel like play. I use games, storytelling, and body actions to teach pitch, rhythm, and vocal basics in a way that keeps kids engaged. I believe that music should feel joyful and exciting, especially for young voices. About the lesson

My singing lessons for both classical ensemble singers and versatile crossover performers focus on building strong music literacy and confident sight singing. I begin with notation reading—learning to recognize pitch, rhythm, and symbols quickly and accurately. We strengthen interval training through vocal exercises and interactive games that sharpen the ear and internalize pitch movement.

Rhythm is developed with fun drills, body percussion, and rhythm trainers that make timing natural and reliable. I introduce harmony-building gradually, guiding students to hear, hold, and blend their parts in both group and solo settings. The goal is to connect ear, mind, and voice so that singing from a score becomes second nature.

We use sight-singing apps and notation tools to practice outside lessons and reinforce progress. Crossover singers benefit by learning to adapt between genres with confidence, while orchestra singers deepen their ensemble precision. I help both profiles build vocal flexibility and musical independence.

Through steady, focused practice, students begin to read and sing music fluently. My lessons are encouraging, clear, and tailored to each learner’s pace. With the right tools and support, anyone can grow into a strong, expressive musician.
