About Mariann
"Technical precision defines my teaching. I have spent 7 years working within studios and on stage to refine the craft of singing. My BMus Vocal Studies from Queensland Conservatorium provides the academic foundation for every technical drill I prescribe.
Harmony singing, pitch control, vibrato control, and belting technique remain central to my practice. I emphasize rhythm and phrasing alongside tone and resonance to ensure vocal range extension and genre styling in pop, classical, and musical theater.
Exam preparation and performance confidence are secondary outcomes of this rigor. I am currently keeping sessions practical and musical so that progress remains audible. My own journey informs how I guide others through the nuances of their instrument."

"Many singers struggle with vocal tension during high notes. I admit that simple exercises are often the most difficult to master correctly.
We utilize my BMus Vocal Studies knowledge to isolate specific muscle groups for better resonance and consistency. I provide a free trial lesson to check your range and goals before we commit to a longer schedule.
We will evaluate your current technique and identify where your sound needs immediate adjustment. You will receive feedback that is direct, calm, and highly structured throughout our time together. We address stylistic choices to refine your unique sound. We work until your voice moves with ease, just like that."
