About Rajni

Hello everyone!

I’m Rajni Saxena, a dedicated Zoology lecturer with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students. I bring with me 15 years of experience at the degree college level along with 5 years of teaching in inter-colleges, which has helped me understand the learning needs of students at different academic stages.

Over the years, I have worked with a diverse group of learners, guiding them not only to achieve academic success but also to develop a genuine interest in Zoology. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, consistency, and building strong fundamentals, ensuring that every student feels confident and well-prepared.

I strongly believe in maintaining a professional, supportive, and approachable environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas. My goal is to make learning meaningful, structured, and engaging while helping students reach their full potential.

About the lesson

As a Zoology teacher, my approach to teaching is rooted in curiosity, clarity, and connection with the natural world. I believe that Zoology is not just about memorizing facts, but about understanding life in all its diversity and complexity.

My teaching methods are interactive and student-centered. I combine visual aids, real-life examples, diagrams, videos, and practical demonstrations to make concepts more engaging and easier to grasp. I also encourage discussions, questioning, and critical thinking so that students actively participate rather than passively listen. Whenever possible, I relate topics to everyday life and environmental issues, helping students see the relevance of Zoology beyond the classroom.

A special feature of my teaching is my focus on conceptual understanding. I often explain biological processes in such a way which makes even complex topics memorable and interesting.

My classes are intended for secondary,senior secondary students (typically Grades 9–12), and undergraduates where foundational knowledge and exam-oriented preparation go hand in hand with developing a genuine interest in the subject.

Overall, my goal is to inspire students not only to perform well academically but also to develop a lasting appreciation for the living world around them.
