It's like having a well-stocked kitchen—all the ingredients are there, waiting to be transformed. I just guide students, acting as a head chef, while they become the sous chefs, using their natural gifts to find their voice and leadership style. An essential aspect of our teaching approach is a healthy balance between theory and practice that involves hands-on activities and feedback that helps you improve your skills.
