About Vinay
I started my fitness journey 15 years ago. Instead of chasing paper certifications, I invested my time into mastering human biomechanics, weight training, and client psychology through thousands of hours of practical coaching. I have trained corporate professionals, homemakers, youth athletes, and seniors. Because of my long tenure in fitness, I know exactly how to motivate someone who hates the gym, and how to challenge someone who wants to push their limits.
