About Mehmet Can
I do not graduate from any sports faculty but have 20 years of active licensed sports background. I am an athlete and trainer who has devoted the last 8 years of these 20 years to Fitness-Bodybuilding. Between 2013-2016, I built the gym of my dreams. My primary mission is always human health, and I constantly conveyed to my students that they should only exercise for health.

The way I process my lessons depends on the student's goal. For example ; I want to gain weight or lose weight. I try to express clearly how the person can reach his / her target goal in the shortest and healthiest way. When accepting my students, I choose them considering their personal characteristics, I must sincerely say that it is really difficult to work with a person who does not like to do sports, and no matter how much money is paid, a person who does not like sports only wants to lose weight, I cannot lose time. 1-Health 2-These are my basic conditions of motivation.
