About Theresa

"Language instruction defines my daily rhythm. Having taught 159 students over 13 years, I have seen many different learning paths.

My formal training includes a Master of Arts in Languages and a PGCE from the University of Sydney. This foundation allows me to assist everyone from children and travelers to those preparing for DELF exams or immigration interviews. I draw upon my extensive classroom history to explain nasal sounds and liaison patterns clearly. You will find that I prioritize steady, methodical improvement over quick fixes."

About the lesson

"Focusing on what a student needs means we prioritize their specific goals, like relocation or exam success. By combining mock DELF papers with detailed feedback, I help learners understand exactly how to refine their writing and listening skills. We spend time on dialogue practice and everyday phrases to ensure you feel confident in real situations. I make sure that cultural context and idioms are woven into our sessions so that you grasp the nuance of the language.

Vocabulary building and verb conjugation are practiced through active use rather than rote memorization. My goal is to see you navigate your next conversation with total ease."
