My lessons with Alfred have been very insightful. He was capable to bring up my game starting with the opening wide variety he masters, showing the theoretical and practical side of each move, then navigating through the tactics of the middle game, where he has improved my chess game a lot, not ending with the calculations of the end game, where he helped me master this part, making it possible for me to win games with material down. Then through puzzle solving and discussion he teaches you not only what is the right move in various positions, but also why and how you can come to that conclusion. As a person Alfred is friendly and extremely thorough. He cares about you and your improvement, and his passion for the game shines through in the lessons. I can't recommend him enough.

Bonjour, j’ai pris des cours avec M. Alfred et je me suis beaucoup amélioré! mon classement est monté de 200 à 900, très bon prof explique très bien, et met en application les connaissances pour améliorer la compréhension!
