About Zee
I just don’t train bodies I rebuild confidence, discipline and resilience.
My Name is Paddington Andrade famously known as Zee. Fitness has been my life with 20 years spanning intense and high energy BoxFit coaching. I’m passionate about fitness coaching. I know exactly what it takes from a setback. I was in a serious car accident, but refused to let it stop me from training. That experience taught me first hand how to adapt, rebuild and push through physical adversity. When I tell you that your body can overcome a challenge, I mean it because I have lived it.

With 20 years experience training the Military I don’t believe in generic one size fits all workouts. If you are over 40 your body is history. You might have old sports injuries, lower back stiffness or tight shoulders.
My personal approach includes discipline with smart longevity training as well as fun. No wasted energy in 40 minutes. Every movement we do in our BoxFit sessions is tailored to your joint mobility and health
We push your heart rate and muscles not your joints.

I met Zee over 15 years ago and he introduced me to boxercise to improve my fitness and reactions.
Having had a break for Covid I then asked him to resume a cardio- fitness programme. Since then my fitness, reactions and punching power, with both hands, has greatly improved. I'm 72 and thoroughly enjoy the sessions.
