About Anneliese
Standing in a quiet room, the first scrape of a bow can feel daunting. I teach because I want to turn that initial friction into fluid musical expression for the 160 students I have guided.
With an MMus degree and 13 years of performing, I now specialize in violin mechanics like rhythm and timing or precise bowing technique. We also tackle ABRSM and Trinity exam prep plus tuning by ear and shifting positions. My goal is to see you perform with total confidence and technical ease.

Progress does not happen faster just because you practice for more hours. You need deliberate focus on intonation and bow control to actually move forward. Drawing on my 13 years of professional performance and my MMus from the Sydney Conservatorium, I break down the most difficult passages into manageable segments. My background allows me to simplify complex shifting positions or rhythm patterns for every student.
I provide a 10.0 grade quality of instruction that remains entirely focused on your growth. We take the time needed to get it right.
