About Jodie
Hi, I am Jodie. I have 16 years of experience as a qualified lead dental nurse with experience in implants and sedation. My particular interests in dental nursing are oral health and sedation. When I was assisting in practice, I often supported and trained apprentice dental nurses, which I found rewarding and enjoyable, helping them grow with confidence in their early careers. I graduated with a BSc Hons science degree in Psychology in 2024, which provided me with an extensive learning experience, personally and academically. Furthermore, I can also support qualified dental nurses on an academic level who wish to progress to postgraduate studies and need help with personal statements for University, assignments, CVs or proofreading.

With 16 years of experience in dentistry, I have extensive knowledge and skills that complement my tutoring services and i am currently studying a CAVA assessors course. Furthermore, I also have a BSc Hons degree in Psychology, which provides me with an in-depth understanding of the working memory and how information is processed, allowing us to work together to create the best learning style for you to achieve your learning goals. I also support students who may have additional learning difficulties, such as ADHD, Autism, all of which I have in-depth knowledge from my Psychology degree and personal experience. I provide an inclusive, patient and non-biased attitude, creating a safe space for all my learners.
