About Eric

I am a singer/songwriter, studio engineer, guitarist, drummer and music is my life. I practice too many hours a day and I have found great purpose in music. Started playing the bass guitar in 5th grade with the school band, in 7th grade switched to snare drum. while at home I was learning how to play all the Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, and Green Day songs on the guitar. After high school I spent my 20's street performing all across the United States in places like KeyWest, New Orleans, Monterey, Portland, etc. Now I have a home recording studio and I am constantly recording music that I write. Posting songs to Soundcloud and YouTube. I hope to still write a song that garners world wide acclaim. Even if that doesn't happen at least my days are filled up within that dream.

About the lesson

I can have you playing a song in under 15 minutes!
I typically like to understand where the person is at with the instrument and then go from there.
Start with going over the basics like how to tune your instrument and the basic chords to get you playing your favorite songs.
A lot of times someone may have a song or two that they would like to learn and we can then go into them. Music is fun and it should be fun to learn. At the same time I understand that peoples time and money are every important so I will not waste your time time with my own agenda or with mindless tasks that don't encourage the maximum amount of growth.
I can help all levels of player from just bought a guitar to someone that played 20 years ago....all the way up to someone that is interested in writing songs and becoming a professional musician.
