About Sylvia

Hi! I'm Sylvia.
I'm a qualified Chemistry teacher from India.
As a passionate teacher with a B.Sc Major in Chemistry . I have successfully taught thousands of students over the course of my career. With over 22 years of teaching experience of students across different proficiency levels, I enjoy watching my students excel in Chemistry.
I'm fluent in English, Konkani and Marathi.

About the lesson

CHEMISTRY-
I offer Chemistry classes to grades 8th to 10th ICSE students.
For Chemistry, I lay a strong foundation in the concepts that helps in mastering the subject. I ensure the students progress by including many practice exercises and easy explanations of the difficult concepts, thereby eliminating the need for rote learning.
Students can opt for tuition in any particular chapter or for the entire syllabus.

Miss Sylvia is a wonderful teacher. My foundation in Hindi was weak, but Miss Sylvia taught me the alphabets, how to put the words together and make the sentence grammatically correct, how to hold conversations.

Though her writing exercises and Coursework, I was able to write and speak fluently in a short span of time!

I was able to clear my exams in College with good marks!

I recommend Miss Sylvia , she is a very patient teacher who works with her student with great patience to teach the foundations thereby making learning the language an easy experience.

Ma'am is very organised. She has designed a good course structure which includes for both spoken and written Hindi. The homework and the coursework is made simple and easy to understand.

Under her guidance within a few weeks I saw myself writing and learning to speak well!

Now I am able to read , write and speak Hindi well. I can now understand and respond back to conversations well!

All this has been possible under the excellent guidance and teaching of Miss Sylvia!

I recommend the teacher to everyone.
