About Christopher

I am a dedicated Piano tutor with a Master’s qualification and nine years of teaching experience. I have taught students from various age groups and experience levels, helping them build technical skills, musical understanding, and confidence through structured, patient, and engaging teaching methods.

My teaching approach is friendly, encouraging, and adaptable to every student’s pace of learning. I believe every student learns differently, so I personalize my teaching methods to suit individual needs. I focus on creating a positive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves.

I am passionate about helping students become confident musicians who genuinely enjoy playing the piano. Whether students are beginners, preparing for performances, or learning as a hobby, I provide continuous guidance, motivation, and support to help them achieve their musical goals successfully.

About the lesson

I create piano lessons that help students develop strong fundamentals while making learning enjoyable and engaging. Each lesson is personalised according to the student’s age, skill level, and learning goals. I focus on building confidence gradually so students can comfortably progress from basic concepts to advanced piano techniques.

My lessons include note reading, finger exercises, hand coordination, rhythm training, scales, chords, and musical interpretation. I use simple explanations and practical exercises to help students understand music clearly. Regular practice activities and constructive feedback allow students to improve accuracy, consistency, and overall performance skills.

I also help students prepare for school examinations, music assessments, competitions, recitals, and personal musical goals. I encourage creativity and expression while maintaining proper technique. My objective is to create a supportive environment where students enjoy learning and develop a lifelong appreciation for piano and music.
