About Cheryl
I grew up in Singapore and recently moved to the Gold Coast. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. I am proficient in both English and Chinese. I receive formal education in Mandarin for 12 years and converse fluently in mandarin.
In my household, I speak Mandarin and Dialects (Hokkien) daily. I have completed the IELTS English test with a overall band score of 7.5, (CEFR Level C1). I will be able to guide you through conversational, reading and writing skills.

For speaking chinese, I will find out why you are learning chinese, this way we can plan lessons according to what you would like to learn. I feel that easiest way to learn English is to practice through conversation and gaining confidence. I provide online tutoring and in person depending on location.
For reading and writing I can use both english and chinese to translate and this way you can learn faster too.
