About Bobbye
Achieving perfect intonation requires ignoring the instinct to rush through shifting positions. I hold an Artist Diploma in Music Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire and have spent 13 years refining my approach to spiccato and staccato bowing. Mastering double stops and classical repertoire is a deliberate process. I focus on technical clarity because I am a beginner-friendly coach who prioritises accuracy above all else.

The initial sound of a clean string vibration sets the tone for our time together in the studio. I spend 8.0 hours per week developing the nuanced control needed for complex bowing techniques while utilising my background in high-level performance.
My method ensures that you can hear your progress during every minute of our technical work. We will use recorded playback of tricky passages for home practice to maintain a consistent standard of refinement. This process allows us to dissect your performance under the lens of my conservatoire training.
My goal is to ensure you feel supported through every scale and challenging movement. You will find that my approach to instruction is inherently practical and focused on the musical outcome. We bridge the gap between studio theory and actual performance using my specific methodology for tone production.
