About Camilla
"Holding an MMus in Violin Performance from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama helps me guide students. Classical music is rarely about perfection alone. My 9 years of teaching allow me to cover everything from vibrato and scales to complex arpeggios.
Intonation remains a core focus. I also teach tuning by ear and refined tone production.
Shifting positions is simple. Music theory feels accessible. I enjoy helping people grow."

"Struggling with stiff bowing is common when you first start playing notes. It feels like an obstacle to your progress that I fix through careful observation.
I draw on my Guildhall training to correct your form during our 10 minutes of technical warm-ups. We examine your posture and hand shape using my 9 years of experience.
I prioritise keeping the atmosphere calm and encouraging for everyone. Parents receive a monthly progress report. This keeps our communication clear and consistent throughout the term."
