Hi, I’m Yifan, a dedicated Chinese language tutor with a strong passion for education. I graduated from Peking University, China’s top university, and hold a Mandarin Proficiency Certificate. With experience teaching Chinese both in China and to international students, I’ve developed a student-centered approach that ensures engaging, effective lessons tailored to each learner’s needs.

I specialize in teaching Chinese writing, grammar, pinyin, and HSK preparation to non-native speakers. My teaching methodology is student-centered, focusing on interactive and practical exercises to ensure students can apply what they learn in real-life situations. I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs, incorporating multimedia resources and real-world examples to make learning engaging and effective.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time to cover new material, practice, and review. I’m a native Chinese speaker with a Mandarin Proficiency Certificate and two years of experience tutoring students of various ages and levels. I’m fluent in English, allowing me to teach in either language or a combination of both, depending on your preference.
