I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years, introducing yin yoga to my practice during my marathon training to reduce inflammation and lower the amount of recovery needed.
I have deep knowledge of anatomy and can offer a relaxing experience through a virtual session.

A Yin yoga class usually of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Working with the deep tissues in your body to stress your connective tissues.
You can expect some release, increase mobility, reduce pain and reduce general stress through a more meditative approach.

Very thoughtful! She is someone who is easy to talk to! I've been noticing small changes in my everyday life. Especially with less low back pain. It's definitely been a journey learning how to cope with anxiety and stress especially in college and she has been able to guide me through that!
