I am a passionate and vibrant yogi, who loves helping people learn faster, the tips and tricks to becoming a better YOU! Each lesson is 40mins long and allows for questions and answers at the end. No props are needed but they are advised. Students are shown how to best make use of each one to gain the maximum benefits of each posture
