About Flexi

If you have the zeal for flexibility, Contortion, Yoga, Aerial Hoop/Silk or having issue with a particular stretch or pose, probably you’ve been targeting the wrong muscles, fear not, we got you covered. Each of our sessions are effective with immediate visible progress because we provide specific stretches that target whichever side of your body you need to work on. Our sessions are friendly, conducive and affordable.

About the lesson

My name is Anuoluwapo, I’m a Contortionist and a Flexibility Coach with over 8 years experience specialized in helping my students achieve their Splits (over, sides and middle), Elbowstand, Backbend, Frontbend, Bonebreaks and many more.

I also tutor on Aerial Hoop/Silk
I am friendly and also super supportive and excited about my student’s progress, no matter how little it is.
