About Tanvi

My name is Tanvi Trivedi from India, Mumbai.

I started my Yoga journey from 2015. I learnt, practiced and started teaching others.

Now, it's been 8yrs I have been teaching Yoga aswell as other fitness activities like dance, zumba, aerobics, Functional, Bodyweight tranings.

I hold certification for Yoga and Zumba.

More than that I have 6+ years of experience in teaching and taking class for single clients aswell as in group.

I have always enjoyed taking class, teaching people about yoga, mudras, pranayam, dance, HIIT and many more.

From last year I have my own team who handles online group class, group and personal love sessions.

I believe doing what you love is always what keeps you healthy and happy and I pass this message to all I come across and help them apply in their lives through Yoga and other fitness activities.
