i am a mental and physical health advisor , trained in Yoga and meditation . my students like the way i relate to them and take up interest in their holistic well being. i specialise in working with sensitive and ADHD students.i love my work.

i start with yogic breathing exercises , warm ups and stretches to steady health related and general well being postures in yoga. i provide guided meditation for special blocked issues. i explain why a particular exercise will act the way it does. my effort is to know your body and mind and take out the blockages yourself.
