I am Swimming pool consultant, practising yoga from last 30 years.

I would like help people through teaching yoga, to help people benefit and gain health through Ashtanga Yoga.

Today's fast paced life, is causing, stressed related health issues, which modern medical facilities have failed to help.

Today, World health organization, has accepted, an integrated holistic approach, is best approach to face all stress related diseases.

Yoga, as a holistic approach, is emerging solution and answer, to help humanity, to achieve a physical, mental and spiritual health.

Absence of disease, does mean, we are healthy.

A peaceful, happy and blissful life is base of dis-ease free life

Conducting Ashtanga yoga for positive health at Vasanthapura, Bengaluru , timings early morning 6.30 am to 7.30 am ,intially three months free for all.

Online Classes also conducted, depending on number of participant and timings convenient to all participants, preferably 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
