Perfect! I had my first yoga session with Hammer today, and even though it was a free trial lesson, she put in so much effort to ensure I had a wonderful experience.

I've actually tried yoga classes at other places before, but I often felt like I wasn't getting much out of the stretches. You know how sometimes you do a pose but you don't really feel anything? With Hammer, it was completely different. Every stretch she guided me through even during the warm up made me realize how much I needed this.

Her teaching style is very gentle, she's very experienced and attentive, she would help me adjust my pose to make sure I got the most out of every move. I felt really comfortable throughout the entire session.

I'm really grateful to have her as my yoga instructor and I really look forward to continuing this journey with her.
