About Gabriela
The study of body movement came to my life from a very young age, discovering dance and body expression. After studying different techniques of yoga and movement in different countries such as Mexico, Italy, France, Germany, my path took me to India where I got my certificate as a yoga teacher in Hatha and Ashtanga. My passion for teaching and continuing to learn led me once again to different countries where I shared my love and passion for Yoga and meditation as Berlin, India, tulum and now in CDMX. I invite you to experience this incredible and magical path called Yoga where it is not only a physical exercise but a moment of encounter with your inner being, calms the mind and lets go of what no longer serves you.

I adapt to your needs and level, the main focus is on understanding the postures and their benefits. My greatest job as a teacher is that you understand and achieve a good alignment in each position so that one day you can have an individual practice. I teach you that the most important thing is your breathing and knowing how to control it in order to calm your mind, I accompany you all the way and I am there to solve any doubt you may have.
