About Casey
My name is Casey, my passion is in wholistic healing. I am a full spectrum master healer, a reiki practitioner, and a yoga instructor. Yoga became one of my passions when I first entered into a journey of self growth about 4 years ago.Yoga played an instrumental role in developing self love, and self awareness. Not everyone comes for the spiritual portion, and that is absolutely fine! Yoga has also given me incredible confidence- I have learned so much about what I am capable of both physically and mentally. My passion now, is to teach students, to really get to know each individual and their goals, and to share my knowledge to support each person’s journey and goals.

The most important thing as a teacher, is to connect with students- beginning with something they know! Yoga can be a spiritual journey, however many people come for the physical and mental benefits. We all have a body, and through daily life, we can become pretty disconnectedto how we are doing! To show up and give 100% to ourselves, our families, our jobs, and our passions, time to tune in, recharge, and unwind is essential!
