I have done by ttc under vikas sir guidance. He is a very good teacher and he teaches asana with alot of clarity and I loved his techniques. I highly recommend others to practice under his guidance.

I recommend Vikas as a yoga teacher, he is kind, demanding, and a perfectionist, he strives to make himself understood. On the other hand, he invited us to ask him questions and I think that this is very good because it combined theory and practice. If I go to India I already know who to contact in case I have any questions or want any kind of advice.

Mr. Vikas Rawat is great Guru. If you have any hesitance about starting yoga he’s great to start with in a private session. His expert knowledge of body movement, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & his attention to detail make for a great instructor! He uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. He also has the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable & informative.
I really enjoyed Yoga session with him. He communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join a class with him. 100% recommendable teacher!!
