About Anoop
As a devoted yoga practitioner and wellness guide, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Yoga, building upon my Master’s in the same field. A certified meditation coach with over 8 years of enriching lives, I help individuals cultivate harmony of body, mind, and soul. My sessions blend the depth of ancient wisdom with the relevance of modern techniques, creating joyful, uplifting, and transformative experiences for every participant.

Anoop is great! If you have any heistance about starting yoga he is great to start with in a private session. He walks you through all the whole practice and brings peace to the pratice. I highly recommend if you starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice.
