About Aadiyogi
I am a certified Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates Trainer with a strong academic and practical background in physical education and movement science. I hold a B.P.Ed from Kurukshetra University, an M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, and have completed Yoga Sports Coaching training from NSNIS, Patiala.
With years of experience working with beginners, athletes, children, and seniors, I specialize in Pilates-based core conditioning, functional fitness, posture correction, flexibility, and injury prevention. My training approach focuses on safe, effective, and result-oriented movement that improves strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
I believe in personalized training, proper alignment, and mindful movement to help clients achieve long-term fitness, better posture, and a healthier lifestyle.

Our Pilates & Fitness Class is designed to build a strong, balanced, and flexible body through mindful movement and scientifically structured training. The class focuses on core strength, posture correction, flexibility, mobility, and overall fitness, making it suitable for beginners as well as advanced participants.
We combine Pilates principles—control, concentration, breathing, and alignment—with functional fitness exercises to improve strength, endurance, and body awareness. Sessions help reduce back pain, improve joint health, enhance athletic performance, and support weight management.
Each class is safe, personalized, and results-oriented, guided by a certified trainer to ensure proper technique and injury prevention. Perfect for those looking to improve fitness, recover from inactivity, or complement yoga and sports training.
