About Apeksha
My yoga journey started with a 3-month course that I had joined back in 2016 and thereafter I have been dwelling deeper in my sadhana.
I have completed my Teacher Training Course from Ambika Yogashram and The Yoga Institute.
I am pursuing a Diploma in Samkhya and Yoga Sutra.
