I am a yoga teacher and I have had my 200 hour yoga alliance certification. I have been teaching for two years both private lessons as well as classes.

I teach yin yoga as well as slow flow. Both of these types of yoga are very slow moving and can utilize stagnant postures to unlock bandas in the body as well as the mind.
