Class Description:
Join me for an exciting online fitness class designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. This class will focus on offering a balanced workout that's suitable for all fitness levels.
Certifications: eReps Certified, Functional Training, sports nutritionist , olympic lifting coach and HIIT coach.
Experience: 8+Years in Gym/Fitness Field.
What to Expect:
Warm-Up: A guided warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.
Main Workout: Cardio/Strength Training/HIIT/ Functional Training.
Cool Down: Gentle stretching and relaxation techniques to help you recover.
Equipment needed: A pair of Dumbbells, Resistance Band, Yoga Mat, Kettlebell.
Attire: Comfortable workout attire and sneakers.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Set up your workout space with enough room to move comfortably.
Having a personal trainer will not only provide the instructions for doing workouts in routine with maximum accuracy but will also guide you to have proper knowledge about choosing healthy eating habits and foods that will benefit your overall health
