About Daniela
I am studying rhetoric (master degree). In my free time I almost exclusively engage with fitness, health and nutrition. I have been concerned with nutrition for as long as I can remember. In the meantime I am so well informed that I am regularly asked for advice in my circle of friends. I have been doing fitness training for my health on a regular basis for 3 years now and have also dealt with sports nutrition in this context.

Only then can we get started on the topic of nutrition and health. I do not only want to advice but take you by the hand to give you practical tips for your everyday life and to support you, for example with shopping lists or even shopping - theory alone is of no use to anyone in our stressful, unpredictable everyday life.
