About Tshinyiwaho
I have been in the training and development space for more than twenty years; first as a strategist/administrator of learns and since 2097 trainer /tutor for a variety of learning programs.Academically, I’ve a master of management in public and development management, a facilitator/tutor in leadership,risk management, project management,supervisory effectiveness and emotional intelligence including training in local government strategic planning and implementation. I have managed learnerships and skills programs for six years in the sector education training authority, a registered assessor in leadership, local government and public sector in general.
