Sometimes, you don’t need advice. You just need someone who genuinely has time to listen.

I offer a warm, friendly and judgement-free space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind, your day, your worries, your relationships, your goals, or simply anything you feel like sharing.

Think of it as having a supportive friend who is there specifically for you, with time to listen and without making the conversation about themselves.

About the lesson

This is your time.

You can come to a session simply because you need to talk, feel heard, organise your thoughts or have a genuine conversation with someone outside your usual circle.

There is no pressure and no specific topic you need to prepare.

You can talk about:
• Something that has been on your mind
• Your relationships or friendships
• Work, studies or everyday life
• A difficult decision
• Your goals and future
• Feeling overwhelmed or stressed
• Something exciting that you simply want to share
• Or absolutely anything you feel like talking about

I’ll listen, ask questions when appropriate and give you space to express yourself without judgement.

If you want my perspective, you can ask for it. If you simply want someone to listen, that’s completely fine too.

Sessions are available online for 25 or 55 minutes.

This is a listening and conversational wellbeing service, not therapy, counselling or a substitute for professional mental health care.
