About Nela
I think that in a time where art is slowly dying and being replaced by AI generative image services. It’s becoming especially hard to find real artists to teach us, one-to-one, actively giving feedback and encouragement at a decent price. Finding video resources is one thing, getting live feedback and corrections is another. I’m very passionate about keeping a dying art alive. I want to pass on that spirit onto others. The same way others have given it to me in the past.

I will critique any work you bring to me. But it will not be needless or cruel like many art teachers tend to be, I know critique can be painful. So I want to take a gentler approach to it and simply identify weaker areas and work on those as a focus of the sessions. I can help support with: colour theory and harmonising palettes, stylised human anatomy, free forms such as clothing folds, painting methods, identifying values and depth in pieces, good methods to make accurate proportion and perspective drawings.
