My methodology is simple. I speak mainly in French so that you recognize sounds and words. Indeed, the best way to learn a language is to first hear it before writing it.
If you already speak French but have trouble writing, then I would write excercises and dictations.
I'll have you take a test at the very first lesson and another at the last one to check your improvement.
If you want to learn with a method other than mine, explain it to me and maybe I could adapt my method to what you want.
