About Zak
My name is Zak and my main reason for teaching is to remove the hurdles for self-improvement. Having personal support and encouragement can really take you from feeling that you can't do it to being someone being confident enough to even teach other people. I will be that support and encouragement, as well as creating a simple plan that's actually followable.

I will take in all of your personal factors and develop a plan for yourself. Everyone's different and there's a solution for everyone. I will factor exercise to what feels right for you and diet to what you actually enjoy eating with a few tweaks too. I will also offer 24 hour support so you can drop me a message whenever and I can help you there and then!
