About Nastya

I have been a swimmer for as long as I can remember and a lifeguard. I have worked several years doing online classes, proposing training to professionals to achieve their goals and lifeguarding in numerous private pools. Since I finished high school I have consolidated and perfected my skills in teaching languages, sports and music.

About the lesson

My methodology is YOU. None of my classes are identical, because each time I adapt to the personality, age and level of the student.
The classes will be adapted to your objectives: learning to swim correctly, improving your fitness, perfecting your swimming, reaching sporting goals, improving back problems...

Beginners will do exercises to familiarize themselves with the water, buoyancy and breathing during the swim, to progressively learn the different strokes.

With the more adventurous I will perfect your swimming, we will perform exercises to perfect your movements and your styles. I will also improve your fitness by focusing on cardio, speed and endurance exercises.

I'm happy I met you! In my gymnastics class, Anastasia noticed that my back had an irregular curve and advised me to see a doctor. I took her advice. Turns out I had a pinched spine! Now I have no problems. Now I'm continuing to train with you and I'm working out at home according to your recommendations! I'm really happy and now I'm getting extra massage.
