About Kristina
I am a university graduate of bachelor degree awarded an upper second class honours degree (2:1) "Sport science degree" In solent university. "Fitness and personal trainer" and soft tissue massage therapist.
I also qualified as a nutritionists.

My teaching method is individual for everyone based on lifestyle, nutrition habits, health, clients goals.
The level of your training and previous experience in the gym does not matter - the load progression scheme described in detail in the program will allow everyone to achieve the desired result, whether it is a completely newcomer to the gym or an advanced athlete. The progression of loads is adjusted individually for each person!
In addition, the program has an effective complex for working out the abdominal muscles! and nutrition advise
